CNC Civil Pty Ltd established itself in 2019 initially as a plant and labour-hire; and civil contracting business following a successful 4 years partnership with One Solution People Matter. One Solution is a specialist plant and labour-hire company offering clients highly experienced white-collar and blue-collar employees who demonstrate safety and quality behaviours and attitudes towards everything they do.

Bernard Kong is a highly dedicated and professional Supervisor and Director with extensive experience specializing in Civil Earthworks, Drainage and Rail. Having worked on many major projects throughout Australia, he is known for ensuring quality workmanship in all tasks undertaken, completing projects safely and within tight timeframes, while establishing and maintaining respect from clients and stakeholders.
